The Almond Amaretto had a really nice balance of sweet and salty.

The Caramel Pecan Chocolate is creamy and very rich, but not too rich... The flavor is explosive and the nuts are blended in nicely. The Almond Amaretto was a very close second!

I tried all the Gourmet Lite flavors. The blend of flavors worked well and aren't too sweet. I like the calorie count too!

The Caramel Pecan Chocolate is very rich and creamy! The Almond Amaretto was good too, but it tasted light and healthy. I prefer rich and creamy when I eat ice cream.

The Almond Amaretto was very good, and not too overwhelming. I like Fit Yogurt for the flavor but also because it doesn't hurt my waist line!
